The second course on the property (along with the 18 hole Gold Mini course). The Big Course winds through a beautiful property in the Texas Hill Country with a mix of flat and elevated fairways. 3 tees per hole. $5/day. Children 12 and under free when accompanied by an adult. Hours: M-F, 8 am to dusk Sat-Sun, 7 am to dusk. Night rounds and camping also available, but please call first to confirm. *July 2017 – 14 holes completed on the Big Course.
Directions
Exit I-35 onto Aquarena Springs. Go 0.8 mile toward the Texas State University campus to a right on Post Rd. Go 0 .4 mile to a left on Lime Kiln Rd. 3 miles to another left on Hilliard Rd, Go 3.3 miles to the courses on the left at the intersection of Hilliard Rd and Owl Hollow Rd.

Past any property boundary is Out of Bounds (OB). • No two-meter rule. Normal OB / missed mando penalties apply.

Mando: Triple mando immediately off tee pad. Missed mando, re-tee with one penalty throw. The tee pad is the Drop Zone (DZ).

The parking lot right of fairway is OB. If OB go to the Drop Zone (DZ) designated in the trees on the right side of the fairway.

The tee pad is the DZ (DZ1). • The basket area is flagged as an Island Green: Any throw that makes the mando, but does not stay on the green, proceed to DZ2 with one penalty throw. DZ2 is for OB tee throws only.
