Refund Policy

Premier Events/National Championship: Refund requests made prior to 10/12/2023 will be issued a 100% refund less DGScene and PayPal Fees.
Refund requests made after 10/12/2023 will be mailed a player pack from the event.

maximum ratings allowed:

Advanced division competitors (999* for Mixed divisions, 904* for Female Divisions.) All other divisions will follow PDGA caps as posted HERE:

If a player exceeds the rating cap for their division as of the October 2023 Ratings update they will be allowed to move to the appropriate division without securing a new invitation.

This event will be treated similarly to PDGA Major Amateur Events – “No Professional players by classification or accepting of cash will be allowed to compete. Players who are classified as Professionals but have not accepted any cash can contact the PDGA for the appropriate process to be classified as Amateur.”

*Players who are qualified and registered, that exceed the rating caps as of the October 2023 PDGA Rating update will be extended invitations to the Tour Finale scheduled for Early 2024.
